2. Placing Orders
Selecting items from the On Line Shop section and clicking “add to basket” does not constitute placing an order. An order is placed by proceeding to checkout and making payment. A contract only exists at the time full payment is received by us. All prices shown include V.A.T. where appropriate.
3. Delivery & Delivery Charges
All items are normally held in stock and despatched within 1 business day. However, if exceptional demand for an item results in stock shortages, we reserve the right to fulfill the order within 21 days. Delivery is carried out by post or carrier – post and packing charges are identified clearly on each product page and displayed as a seperate item in your shopping cart.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards via Paypal only online. We are able to accept credit card payment by telephone by calling us Mon-Fri 81m-5pm on 01889 270663. 5. Acceptance of Goods
All items are shipped by post or by a national carrier company. We will advise you when goods have been shipped, together with an expected date for you to receive the goods. If the goods are not received timely or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help to resolve the situation promptly – we are here to help in any way possible.
6. Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us as soon as possible after you become aware of the problem, providing us with as much information about the problem as possible.
We will ALWAYS deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights as an absolute minimum standard. However, we are consumers too – and so we understand that sometimes this isn’t good enough – we are fair and reasonable people who absolutely guarantee to deal with any problems in a friendly and co-operative manner, with our prime objective being to ensure you are fully satisfied with our products, our service, our people and the way we handle any issue you bring to our attention.

The content of this website is owned by Haywood Products Ltd and reproduction in whole or part is strictly prohibited. All dimensions, illustrations and drawings give approximate sizes only and are only to be considered indicative only and actual styles/colour may vary from those shown on the website.

All goods are sold with a One year guarantee against defective materials or workmanship. Any items returned to us under this guarantee must be sent carriage paid and may be repaired or replaced at our absolute discretion – this Guarantee does not in any way affect your legal rights.
Any item may returned to us for a refund if you are in anyway dissatisfied with the product. To claim a refund simply return the goods within 14 days to Haywood Products Ltd, Unit 4 New Road Ind Est, New Rd, Hixon, Staffs. ST18 0PJ and the value of the goods will be refunded using the same method of payment in which you paid us.
All items are produced with a limited shelf life, and while we endeavour to minimise shipping/transport/delivery delays, inevitably the product you receive will have a reduced shelf life period.
